All in all, a good positive report imho, 

however the guy from RM saying that it's "not currently viable" is totally biased as MS provide most of his income!  Possibly not the best choice of person to have on.  How about an industry independant?

Anyways, all that being said, they raised the issue of TCO and the kids saying that they were getting used to it looked promising.

Here's hoping there'll be a few more reports in a similar vein, preferably with websites for information next time!
