Though it's one of those things that I might try eventually, but the idea  
is on the back burner - there always seems to be something
else that seems more important to try (but usually fail as I don't know  
enough about most things that I'd like to do with linux + I don't have  
enough patience).

and yes, if I'm not working when you do the presentation Karl, I'll be  
there.
