My desktop machine runs SuSE 9.1, which has slowly consumed the 2 WinXP
partitions which were on there, a year or two ago I think I would have
stuggled to do everything I can under Linux which I was doing on Windows,
but now that apps like Wine and Open Office has mutured its brilliant.
My complaint with SuSE is it's package management REALLY needs to be
improved, something like Debians apt-get would make so much a better
product. The endles grief I have had getting GAIM to build/run on SuSE
because of some of the bent places and ways it does thing made it a 2 hour
job not 2 minutes... This is it's main letdown.
SuSE get your finger out and do something!!!!!
