Akregator is pretty good.

I've recently switched back to KDE after 3 years of solid GNOME use.  Mostly 
this is just out of interest, but I'm finding that a lot of KDE apps are 
really surprisingly good, especially where interactions are concerned.  The 
"Kontact" super-app wraps up the non programming tasks I need to do as a team 
leader very nicely.
