Well Classic Average User Repsonses today

In response to a new Fax server application that

  1. Delivers all Faxes into a Public Folder for Retrieval
  2. Emails Administrators ( and Relevant Users ) with details of new 
Fax recieved
  3. Automatically Prints and Archives all Faxes send and recieved every day

The user said.

Ohh thats too much work .. it was easier when we just went to the fax 
machine.


The user had said

This is riduculous this fax machine why cant a computer just deliver it.


What the User meant was

Why cant the Fax Software "know" who it has to deliver to. send it to 
that user and open their emails and print it for them and then save the 
file in the relevant location.
