Go to http://mailman.lug.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/sussex

At the bottom enter email address you're subscribed with and click
"Unsubscribe or edit options".

Then scroll down and click on "Remind" under "Password reminder", then
you'll get a reminded of your password via email.
