If you're using CUPS (you probably are), then it's worth checking out
the settings there as well as for each application.  The easiest way
to do this is open up a web browser and type in the following URL:

http://127.0.0.1:631

.. you should find yourself on the CUPS admin page.  From there it's
pretty self explanatory.
