[Sussex] VoIP in Canada

Following Mark's talk on Astrix (played here by Gérard Depardieu) I know
at least one LUG member will be interested to hear that VoIP is to be
tightly reguated in Canada.

Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing depends on your point of
