How about an ssh client like MindTerm
http://www.appgate.com/products/80_MindTerm/
Free for personal use. Embed it in a web page, surf to the page in IE
and voila - ssh access! Might be a bit slow though and not sure how
stable it would be. There's another well known one but I can't remember
the name at the moment.
