Try this
Open YaST2 go to "Network Devices" "Network Card" in the lower half of the 
window (Already Configured Devices) click on "Change..." "Edit" "Host Name 
and Name Server" click "Modify" on the pop up window
The default host name is "linux"
The default Domain Name is "site"
Give your machine a "Host Name" and change "Domain Name" to "ar7"
Check the box "Change Host Name via DHCP"
"Name server 1" should be 192.168.1.1
"Domain Search 1" should be  "ar7"
click OK
click "Routing" set "Default Gateway" to 192.168.1.1
OK
Next
Finish

This works for me.
