If the software is GPL they can't place any further restrictions on you
than the GPL does. However, the one loophole they exploit is trademarks -
they can prevent you from distributing/using their marks, which is how
things like White Box (RHEL rebuilt for free from SRPMS) exist, they just
strip out everything that says/shows "Red Hat" and replace it.
