Typical Spam,
It all depends on a virus hijacking a Windows machine somewhere in 
China, Turkey, Brazil Russia etc.
I am now reporting all such spam using www.spamcop.net. It is quite a 
quick procedure and does certainly help to reduce the flow of spam. 
Thank goodness for gmail.
