[Sussex] SNR whinge (was: Prep for this weeks moot)

I hope it's not out of order to speak up for the silent majority (i.e. all 
us lurkers) and ask if the 'private / public interest' threshold could be 
upped a bit.  Yes it was easy enough to hit delete when only subscribed to 
a few lists.
