[Sussex] ubuntu network problem

Hi all,

I recently installed ubuntu breezy badger, and when the install started, 
it couldnt find an ethernet card, but did say i could use ethernet over 
firewire (I have no firewire ports). I finished the install, but now, 
there is no entry in /etc/network/interfaces for my network card, and i 
cant get any sort of networking. lspci shows the following:

Also, this ethernet card works fine under debian sarge.
