So Steve, well done for getting a projector for the fair.
What are you planning to project?
Is there anything I could make up? Such as a short set of slides on Open
Office usage?

Presumably it will be most successful if we get allocated an outside
stand rather than in the middle, but have you got contingency plans in case?

As I said, I can get there early to plead our case if you like.
