Speaking as the underwriter of the Desk(s) at BCF  id rather anything 
which might legally carry some repercussions on me as the hirer  be 
discussed directly withMyself and Steve. Im unsure why we are handing 
out GMAIL invites as part of Sussex Linux User Group at the BCF but 
unless someone can get me written permission [1] from Google that they 
are okay with us doing this then I must ask everyone not to do this at 
the Fair.  Please lets use the fair to promote the group and to promote 
Free and Open Source Software .

Any complaints bring them to me directly cheers.

[1] As an undertaking I wrote to knoppix, leoville, revision3, hak5, 
LUGRadio , Lllts  and the daily source code to get permission to 
redistribute their Podcasts and material. Many pointed out that 
permission was already given but were greatful that we did it and were 
delighted to see the activities.
