Given that I now work for a Microsoft shop (and still use Ubuntu HH at
home), I checked this on the Microsoft Knowledge Base....

But personally I prefer

Ubuntu:      Bunties
Suse:         Susans
RedHat:      a Fedoration of RedHat users
Mandrake:  Mandies
Slackware:  Slacks
