[Sussex] Enable desktop sharing from CLI

Morning all,

I rebuilt my Ubuntu machine recently and forgot to enable desktop sharing. I
am now at work and need to VNC to my machine but can't. I can SSH to it
though so is there any way of starting the desktop sharing from the CLI?
