[Sussex] List Settings Changed

Hello All,

Due to Spam traffic the list administrators have decided to change the
settings so that any email comming from a non-member's email address will be
discarded (rather then held for modification). If you have any questions or
querys about this doent hesitate to ask.

FYI there has been an addition to the welcome email to adress this change
and inform ne members of this policy.
