[Sussex] ISP change

Ello all,

following the suggestions everybody made a couple weeks ago, we switched ISP. We
went with ukfsn.org in the end - a static IP & the fastest possible connection
speed the line allows was so tempting.

The switch happened this morning, & so far so good - it's amazing how going from
512k to 2M speeds things up, isn't it? :o)
