I know that some on SLUG use the O2 XDAIIs, John D for example, and find it very unreliable, just as I did. However, there's a ROM update available, ostensibly to add Blackberry service, but it also fixes all the bugs - no more resets! If anyone on the SLUG wants it, I have it.
