[Sussex] InnoDB tips?

Hi folks

Anyone know much about InnoDB (mysql 4.1.x on ubuntu)?  Using some fast
growing databases and was curious to know if anyone's got some real
life innodb best practice tips... size of data files, number of data
files, etc...
