It did - but I'm almost certain it's to do with the fact that you're:

a) You're sending HTML email (don't get me started...)
b) You're posting using MS Outlook. I would think the lug.org.uk spam 
filters are now 'training' themselves to give MS spam^Wgenerated emails 
a higher spam rating.

Try sending proper, polite mails (i.e. plaintext), and getting another 
mail client :)
