The Netgears don't allow a range of IP's to be used unfortunately.  For 
this sort of usage, I would recommend the Draytek Vigor series - i've 
had a 2600 and 2800VG, and map my IP range onto my NAT'd servers 
easily.  Also not powerline (do they make powerline routers now?) though.
