[Sussex] OT: Delphi 7 or 8 CD

I did see a mention to Lazarus while doing some searches.... I'm just
not sure how likely it would be for us to be able to compile the 3rd
party packages as well (xml partner and htmlviewer).

I seems like some may have found a Delphi 7 CD throgh someone though,
so many thanks.
