You don't say what speed the P2 is but even 266MHz ought to be able to run a
file server.

What sort of RAM does the motherboard take? 64M of Ram isn't a real problem,
you can find more Ram from it on Ebay for about 10 quid I would think. In
fact I think I've probably got some more in a box somewhere you could have
for a nominal sum.
