On my system (Kubuntu Gutsy) "which disable" didn't show the
path to the binary... So I tried this:

locate disable | grep bin

(I.E. show all files with disable in the filename, and filter
 this to show only those in directories with bin in the path)

This revealed the following:

/usr/bin/cupsdisable
/usr/sbin/cupsdisable
