[Sussex] Microsoft Vs British Schools (Becta is not happy)

Well Becta has filed an report with OFT over software lincese for
schools. It down to the fact the software is sold under subscription
model but problem being even if they say install Linux and sign up to
this they will have pay Microsoft as subscription is per-computer in
the school and not what is installed upon the computer.
