[Sussex] Cloning disks

Thanks to James and David for their responses. I have downloaded 
clonezilla and will try it later.

I presume that another possibility would be to use a raid controller 
card, to mirror my master to my target disk?

Does any one know of a low-costs, 2 port, SAS raid controller?
