This has implications for Windows users relying on third party firewalls.
I don't know if its a deliberate anti-competitive measure but as soon as
this patch is applied, certain software firewalls lock the users out of
emails or surfing web pages.

I've had two customers that recently installed the update and now have
computers that can't be used on the Internet unless they turn off their
firewall and use the Windows firewall instead!
