[Sussex] Resizing linux disk partition

Hi,

I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 (hardy) Linux and Windows XP on my Laptop.

I wish/need to make the Linux internal disk partition larger.
(and thus the windows partition smaller)

Please can you advise a good (and robust) Linux tool/utility/method for
me to do this.

Please assume:-
  a.) I'm a beginner at Linux
  b.) I need to keep the Windows partition.
