[Sussex] Seagate External Hard Disk Issue

Cheers George & Keith.

I had an online chat with Seagate online support earlier and they  
wouldn't even confirm the screws they used. Telling me would void my  
warrenty and damage the hard disk. Even though they did agree it would  
damage the hard disk more if I didn't undo the screws first.
