[Sussex] Tiscali and wireless

Sorry for the cross post,but I want you all to know ,ASAP, the  result 
of  my  call to Tiscali this afternoon.I have been having trouble 
getting my Siemens gigaset working working wirelessly and have today 
been told
that Tiscali are not supporting wireless any more.
I find this amazing and will probably change providers in April when
my contract ends.
