I found the data sheet a bit confusing as well.
However I have taken another look at it and find on p137 for
PIC16F62..  3.0 to 5.5 and for
PICLF62..    2.0 to 5.5
but on p1 it talks about 2.0 volt and that was what I picked up on when 
I looked quickly at the data.

So depending on what you are doing you may wish to use the lower voltages.
