I wouldn't call Gates and Microsoft clueless.  Having read "Microsoft A
History of Anticompetitive Behavior and Consumer Harm" [1] I would not
call Microsoft clueless.  I'll admit that they were late to the game on
a number of occasions, but that is not the same as being "totally clueless".
