I think k3b does all three. On Ubuntu if it's not already installed,
'sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude install k3b' should work (replace
aptitude with your choice of package manager if wanted). Designed for
KDE but as long as you have the required libs (aptitude should install
them), it should run fine under GNOME or whatever you have installed.
