[Sussex] OT : Sony Vaio F overheat problems

Has anyone purchased a Sony Vaio F series notebook since January 2010?  
Sony have put out an alert that a miscalibrated temperature sensor could 
cause them to overheat.

The models affected, outside Japan, are :
VPCCW25FG/B
VPCCW25FG/P
VPCCW25FG/W

They are issuing a BIOS update if customers do not want to return the 
units to Sony to carry out the work.
