I think I know what you want to do.
.ssh/authorized_keys can contain multiple lines.
Put each public key you want to use on a separate line in the
/home/pi/.ssh/authorized_keys file on the remote machine.
Delete that IdentityFile line from your local ssh config, you don't
need it.
