[SWLUG] id3 tags

i need to write id3v1 tags from the id3v2 tags that all my files have, anyone 
know of a utility that will do this, there are a couple that will write both 
but only from data entered manually, i want to let loose a prog in the top of 
my music directory and have it write the id3v1 tags based in the id3v2 tags
