[SWLUG] archiving on cd

if i want to archive gigs of stuff on cd, is there a prog that will 
automatically choose a cd's worth of stuff to burn (maybe act as front end 
for cdrecord as well?) and keep track of what's on each one with some sort of 
catalogue? plus allow me to add to the archive at a later date?

i don't want much i know:-)
