I do know more now about the actual nature of the injunction. I knew the
background to the case all along extremely well. I am perfectly at liberty to
discuss the matter but I would prefer to do so by private email. I know all
the people involved in this well and count them all as my friends. It was 3
words in an email on a list such as this that started it all so I don't
propose to discuss it in public.
I'm sorry that you had a wasted journey Dick. I'm quite sure that this will
go ahead at some point in some form or other.
