I think there is perhaps corkage for wine, but I don't know about
beer. I certainly don't move from Shot in the Dark because it takes
all night to eat the 'evening platters' even before Chris starts
confusing the issue.

It can get ridiculously hot in that place, so if they allow beer
to be brought in (and perhaps you should ring to confirm this: 
google currently shows their phone number quite high in search
results, although not so high as this mailing list!) I hope you
are not a "must be ice-cold" drinker.
