[SWLUG] more email server stuff

further to my quest for setting up an email server,
my plans came to a grinding halt when i realised that i would need my address 
book available to all email clients/oses, so i figure that means ldap only i 
can't see that kaddressbook does that, also it stops me syncing my palm 
addressbook if the addressbook is stored remotely,
so any suggestions, particularly with the palm sycning thing
