not because of the bridge :)
bascule is a fictional character by an author whom i like that's all, this 
character operates in his equivalent of 'the net', though for those who might 
recognise this description i must point out that i most certainly do not 
claim to be any kind of 'adept' like the fictional bascule, it's just an 
affectation :)
