Try cex.co.uk for 2nd hand parts, I've brought CPUs, DRAM & NICs off them
before without a hitch. It all comes with 12months rtb warranty, even the
used stuff.
If it's any help, I can get parts from work at reasonableish prices:
Gigabyte 'Titan' P4 mobo £45
PIV Celeron (soz, no AMD) £40
256MB DDR-266 SDRAM £20
60GB Maxtor UDMA-100 HD £69
All prices approximate and + vat, mail me if interested.
For cases, Maplin (http://www.maplin.co.uk) do some pretty cheap ones, iirc
the cheapest atxs start around £25-£30.. may be a better bet than 2nd hand?
As far as I know their only store in Wales is on City Road in Cardiff.
Cheers
Bryn
