Hi Marcus
Yes, Linux can read NTFS (see the filesystems section of kernel config,
and shout if that doesn't make sense to you).
You can write to NTFS partitions, but it is 'experimental' (which
means it isn't a great idea). Do you want to access the NTFS partition
on that dual boot system from Windows and Linux? If so, I'd suggest
making a small FAT partition, which both Linux and Windows can happily
read/write, and share files via that. If you mean "can Linux access an
NTFS partition on another system running Windows" then you need to look
at Samba.
