The best place to look for Delphi/Kylix answers is on
http://newsgroups.borland.com in the Delphi and Kylix
groups.

But in general Delphi/Kylix are intercompatible as
long as there are no API calls. The VCL is
intercompatible as is the basic code. Anything that
calls anything like (for example) the RAS library is
going to upset Kylix. It's a case of yes you can but
within certain limits only.
