[SWLUG] System clock loosing time

Hi folks,

The system clock on my desktop has been loosing time for a while but it has 
recently become ridicululous. I corrected it on Sunday and today It is still 
showing sunday's date!

Is this a cmos battery problem or something?
Everything else seems to work fine.

Is there some way of synchonising the computer to a time source on the net?
