[SWLUG] Suggestions for a simply wiki app?

Hi,

I want to put together a simple wiki framework for the local school. Nothing
adventurous, just a way for parents to get simple information distributed.
Does
anyone have any suggestions for which packages to look at? I'll probably
host
it on a Ubuntu 5.04 box, but I can be flexible. Traffic will be low, at
least
initially.

I've never set up a wiki before, so simple is good (I must follow the golden
rule - always know a weeks-worth more than the punter!).
