[SWLUG] When you loose your boot loader

HI Guys.

What do you have to type in when you loose your bootloaderfor example you
want to upgrade or do a clean install of the system (like I did tonight) but
the disks were damaged after I told it to format the hdd with Linux on it as
a clean install problem it dived and then it would not boot to windows.

Panic stations m/c dead, fortunately I had another O.S linux I could try so
I did and it came back for me, but what can I do in the futurewhenit gets to
the stage where it is looking for theboot loader and its not there or one of
the systems is not there, how do I get into windows at least.
